We offer a 10% discount for stays of 7+ nights. A child in a cot or without a claim to a bed is not counted toward the guest total.

To confirm your reservation, a 30% deposit of the total stay price is required.
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 30 days before check-in.
The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before check-in. After this date, the deposit becomes a cancellation fee.
Standard check-in is from 3 PM and check-out by 10 AM. Times can be adjusted upon request, subject to availability.
Yes, parking is free directly at the apartment. One reserved space for a car is available right by the building.
Of course! Our apartment is pet-friendly without restrictions. Bring your dog, cat, parrot — any pet you love. We have a dog named Daisy and a cat named Morris ourselves.
The season runs from the 3rd week of June to the 3rd week of September (minimum stay 5 nights). The off-season covers the rest of the year (minimum stay 2 nights) and has lower rates.
Yes, the apartment is primarily designed for families with children. We provide a children's corner with toys, a bunk bed, a high chair, and plastic children's tableware. On request, we lend a baby cot and a bed rail. Outside there is a children's pool with heated water.
Yes, air conditioning is in both rooms (bedroom and living room). Summers in South Moravia regularly exceed 30 °C, so the air conditioning is really welcome.
Yes, bedding and towels are included in the price. For longer stays we change them upon agreement. Upon arrival you'll also find basic toiletries — soap, shower gel, toothpaste, and laundry capsules.
Aqualand Moravia is about a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Merkur Campsite with beaches and sports facilities is also within a 15-minute walk. The cycling trails around Nové Mlýny start right at our doorstep.
